One of my students wanted this Gear Cube.  It was too expensive to print with the industrial 3d printer, but on the Finder it is dirt cheap and fast.

Removing the parts were a bit challenging this time because they stuck TOO WELL and the pieces were quite sharp. So be careful.  It was around this time I realized a scraper is a good idea.


Part 2 of the file was printed first at night and the rest the next day when I brought it to school.



When it was complete we found out that the holes were too small to fit the pegs.  Using a digital caliper I got off of Amazon  we were able to figure out how small it was to drill it out later.  The student took the pieces home for the weekend and his Dad helped him file down the pins instead of opening up the holes.  They were very happy with it and sent in this picture:
